Proverbs 11:30 “The fruit of the righteous is the tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise”.

The G-12 vision is a four-step process through which we proclaim the gospel to every person in a way that leads to true repentance.

Win is the first step in the G-12 process. God’s greatest desire is for souls. Knowing that souls are eternal and that they will never die, we became an expert in the art of winning souls.

The scripture says he who wins souls is wise, it did not say not he that makes money, or he who is famous or he who goes to the best seminar, but he who wins souls is wise.


The definition of motto is sentence, phrase, or word describing something as appropriate indicative of its character or use. Therefore the Christians motto should be
“Win The Lost At Any Cost”.

Initially, it is not comfortable to approach people and witness to them, but God gives you the power through the Holy Spirit to be His witnesses. Holy Spirit will bring people across your path so you can win them to Christ. The more you win Souls, the better you will be at witnessing. The mandate from God is to make disciples, so G-12 leaders win, win, win.
